To reset the password of a student in your group, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your administrator account and visit Reading Circle > Manage Accounts.
- Select the group that your student is in, and locate their record.
- Locate the user whose password you want to reset. Please note that you can reset the passwords of READER accounts, not Parent or Teacher accounts that are members of your group.
- Click Reset Password.
- Enter the new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields, then click Change Password.
